Northwest Nations Educaton Opportunity Center (NNEOC) is federally funded program, designed to facilitate non-traditional students that are transitioning into college. NNEOC provides counseling and information on college admissions & financial aid to qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of postsecondary education. The goal of NNEOC is to increase the number of adult participants who enroll in postsecondary education institutions.

NNEOC is a FREE educational outreach program for eligible adults in the NNEOC target areas. The goal of NNEOC is to encourage adults age 19 or older to pursue a higher education degree or any other postsecondary education program.

Eligibility:
Eligible participants must be low-income, first generation, and must reside within an NNEOC target area including reservation communities within the states of Idaho, Washington and Oregon.
